Stage and scenic design, lighting states, sound and screen content plan — specified by us, delivered by appointed specialist suppliers, directed on site.

Invitations, RSVP, visa letters, hotel blocks, transfers, accreditation and badging.

Minute-by-minute running order, speaker rehearsals, comms plan, and a crew briefed before call time.

Strike, supplier reconciliation, and a debrief with the numbers your board will ask for.

Axiora Events owns no trucks, no rig and no warehouse, and that is deliberate. Scenic, lighting, sound and AV are delivered by specialist suppliers appointed for the job in hand and directed on site by us. You get the right supplier for the room rather than whoever is on the agency's payroll that week, and one contract and one point of accountability instead of six.
Most agencies hand you a coordinator who is running three other events that week. Yours gets one producer, on site, from load-in to strike.

Before you ask us
How far ahead should a conference be booked?
For 200 delegates or more, three to six months is comfortable — venue availability and permits are the constraints, not production. We have delivered on shorter timelines. Tell us the date and we will say honestly what it allows.
Do you handle the DET permits for a conference?
Yes. The DET event permit, performer permits where there is entertainment, and the venue NOC are scheduled alongside planning rather than left to the end. A separately permitted gala dinner attached to a conference is handled the same way.
Do you provide the AV and staging yourselves?
No. We manage. Scenic, lighting, sound and screens are delivered by specialist suppliers we appoint and direct, and our producer is on site with them from load-in to strike. You hold one contract and one point of accountability instead of six.
Can you work to a fixed conference budget?
Yes. Objective, audience and budget are agreed on one page before a venue is held, and every figure is reconciled against that frame at wrap.
Which cities do you run conferences in?
All seven emirates of the UAE, most often Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with regular delivery in Riyadh and Doha.
