The show date never moves
An exhibition has one property no other event has: an immovable deadline set by somebody else. The organiser's manual decides when your drawings are due, when rigging is signed off, when your crew can get into the hall and when they must be out. Miss one of those dates and the cost is not a delay — it is a surcharge, a rejected plan, or a stand that is still being built when the doors open.
That sequence is the actual work, and it is what we manage.

We write the brief and appoint the builder. Then we stand there while they build it.
Axiora Events owns no workshop and no stand stock, and that is deliberate. The contractor is chosen for your hall, your budget and your deadline — not to fill our own carpentry capacity. It also means the drawings are ours to hold them to, and when something on site is wrong we say so, because we did not build it.
You hold one contract. We hold the contractor.
Before you ask us
Do you build the stand yourselves?
No. We write the design brief, appoint the stand contractor, hold them to the drawings and the schedule, and supervise the build on site. Owning no workshop means we appoint the right contractor for the hall and the budget rather than filling our own capacity.
When should exhibition planning start?
As soon as the space is booked. Organiser deadlines for stand plans, rigging and electrical submissions usually fall six to eight weeks before build-up, and late submissions are where the surcharges live.
Do you handle the organiser's approvals?
Yes. Stand plan submissions, rigging and electrical drawings, structural sign-off where the design needs it, and the health-and-safety paperwork each venue asks for are part of the work, alongside DET permits where the stand carries a permitted activity.
Can you take over an exhibition we have already booked?
Yes, and it happens often. Send the organiser manual, the space contract and whatever design exists; we will tell you plainly what is achievable in the time left and what it costs.
Which exhibitions do you work on?
Any hall in the UAE, most often Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with regular delivery in Riyadh and Doha. The show matters less than the deadlines: every organiser runs the same sequence of submissions, and that sequence is what we manage.
