Do you handle event permits and venue approvals?
Yes. DET event and performer permits and venue NOCs are handled alongside planning — a scheduled step, not an afterthought.

Axiora Events is a corporate event management company in Dubai, in events since 2009. We plan and run conferences, exhibitions, galas and brand activations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar: brief and budget, venue and permits, design and production, delegates and logistics, show and crew, wrap and reconciliation.
How far in advance should we start planning?
Earlier is better for venue and permits, but we have delivered on tight timelines. Start the brief now and we will tell you honestly what the date allows.
Can you work within a fixed budget?
Yes. Objective, audience and budget are agreed on one page before a single venue is held, and every figure is reconciled against that frame at wrap.
Do you only manage, or also produce the technical side?
We manage. Scenic, lighting and AV are delivered by specialist suppliers we appoint and direct, and our producer is on site with them from load-in to strike — so one person is accountable for what happens in the room.
