The kitchen sets the clock

A conference can absorb a ten-minute overrun. A dinner cannot: the kitchen has plated, the band is on a call time, and eight hundred covers are moving through a service window that closes whether the speeches finish or not. Every other decision on the night follows from that clock.

So the running order is built around service rather than beside it, and rehearsed before doors with the people who will actually run it.

• Arrival

  Registration or guest list at the door, reception flow, and a plan for the guests who always arrive during the first course.

• Seating

  Table plan, head table, sponsor and VIP placement, dietary flags, and the changes that land on the afternoon of the event.

• Run of show

  Minute by minute against service: which course lands before which speech, when the room goes dark, how a winner reaches the stage and gets back to a seat.

• One contract

  Venue, catering, production and entertainment held on one agreement, so there is a single place to go when something moves.

• Production

  Scenic, lighting states, sound and screens specified by us and delivered by appointed specialists, directed on site through rehearsal and show.

• Wrap

  Strike, supplier reconciliation, and the numbers your board will ask for in the morning.

We hold the clock. The specialists hold the kit.

Axiora Events owns no lighting rig, no sound system and no entertainment roster, and that is deliberate. The suppliers are appointed for your room, your budget and your running order, and our producer directs them on site. You hold one contract and one point of accountability rather than six.

Before the doors open

A ballroom dressed and lit, checked against the plan an hour before guests arrive: uplighting set, gobo wash across the ceiling, LED wall live, every cover laid.
